ONE SKILL CAN CHANGE A LIFE !

Sew To Grow is Ub3e’s economic empowerment initiative designed to eliminate the critical gap between vocational training and income generation.

Dr. Shenin Sachadina D.O.,FACOS , the CEO of UB3E, announced that the first class in Tanzania to benefit from a donation for post graduate support, a collaboration with the NGO Learning Tanzania, will be graduating with resources already available to empower them after completing their sewing class curriculum. This class, graduating in 2025, will be the first recipient of a gift that includes the opportunity to work on donated sewing machines, microloans, and the ability to develop an economy so they can “thrive and create their own businesses”. This will give each graduate a head start upon graduation with supplies and access to a sewing machine to start earning an income the day after they graduate! The graduate is empowered to impact not just her own future, but that of her family, her community and uplift the underserved areas of the world at large.  She emphasized that “partnerships matter” and encouraged others to find opportunities to make a difference in their local or global communities in underserved areas.

Transformation in progress. Empowerment in action.

Our first Sew to Grow cohort in Tanzania is officially in motion.

These women completed their training with the NCO learning Tanzania and immediately received:

  • Access to sewing machines
  • Micro-loans in supplies
  • The chance to start earning right away!

No waiting.

No barriers.

No “what now?”

Ub3e’s initiative provides a bridge to fill the gap between training and economic independence.

One of our graduates is 19 years old. She brings her baby with her to work because she cannot afford childcare. That is not a limitation — that is resilience. And today, she is earning!

Sew to Grow is a Ub3e initiative built on a simple but powerful principle:

Don’t just teach a skill. Remove the barriers. This is what happens when you fund the full pathway — not just training, but transition to income.

When women earn, families stabilize and communities rise!

This is sustainable global impact -empowerment with real, measurable, immediate benefits -and it’s happening now
